Kylie Jenner Addresses 'Rise & Shine' Cease & Desist Letter Reports
Kylie Jenner is making one thing clear: she’s not sending anyone cease and desist letters for using the term “Rise and shine.”
After reports surfaced that the 22-year-old billionaire beauty entrepreneur was sending cease and desist letters to companies using the term, which she inadvertently popularized by becoming a meme after singing to her daughter Stormi in a video, Kylie is now shutting down those reports.

“guys, please don’t believe everything you read. I have not sent any Rise and Shine cease and desist letters. 🤦🏻♀️ Rise and Shine was an unexpected moment.. I had a lot of fun with it, and I have laughed so hard seeing everyone’s memes since the video came out a few weeks ago..there are no law suits, no cease and desist letters. Happy Sunday,” she wrote on Twitter.
