'Grey's Anatomy' 2019 Fall Finale - TV Ratings Revealed!

The final Grey’s Anatomy episode of 2019 aired on Thursday (November 21), and the show came out on top for entertainment programs in the adults 18-49 ratings, finishing with a 1.3 rating and 6.37 million viewers according to THR on Friday (November 22).

In fact, the show earned its second-largest same-day audience of the season by a few thousand viewers over last week’s episode. The show will resume with Season 16′s tenth episode on January 23, 2020.

A Million Little Things held at 0.8 with 4.61 million viewers, but How to Get Away With Murder dipped to 0.4 with 2.22 million viewers.

Overall across television, Thursday Night Football dominated with 9.41 million viewers.
