Pink Is Donating $500,000 to Support Firefighters in Australia

Pink has pledged a donation of $500,000 to assist the local fire services that are battling on the frontlines in Australia.

The country is dealing with devastating bushfires right now and up to 23 people have died so far during the crisis, which has been going on since September.

12.35 million acres of land have burned and more than 1,500 homes have been destroyed so far.

“I am totally devastated watching what is happening in Australia right now with the horrific bushfires. I am pledging a donation of $500,000 directly to the local fire services that are battling so hard on the frontlines. My heart goes out to our friends and family in Oz ❤️,” Pink tweeted on Friday night (January 3).
