Patrick Dempsey and Jillian Dempsey are still going strong!

The 54-year-old former Grey’s Anatomy actor and his wife were spotted keeping close and in good spirits as they made their way through the LAX Airport terminal after arriving from a flight on Wednesday (February 19) in Los Angeles.
