Halle Berry Takes a Dig at Distant Relative Sarah Palin

Halle Berry is taking a dig at Sarah Palin after reading a tweet about them being distant relatives.

The Oscar-winning actress took to Twitter to respond to a tweet that said she is related to the former Vice Presidential candidate. It’s not clear how the two are actually connected.

Halle says that even though she and Sarah might be related, she has no plans to get together with her.

“She may be on the tree but she ‘AINT invited to the cookout,” Halle tweeted with the crying laughing face emoji.

Halle previously learned about the connection in 2012. She told Extra back then, “You want to know who I’m related to? Sarah Palin!… Some twisted way. Somebody sent me this information that she was my distant [relative].”
