'A Quiet Place 2' Has Been Delayed For a Third Time, New Release Date Revealed

A new release date has been given to A Quiet Place Part II.

The horror film was originally supposed to be released in theaters in March 2020, but the release date was pushed back at the last minute due to the coronavirus pandemic. See photos from the red carpet premiere in early March!

The most recent release date was set for April 23, 2021, but now Paramount Pictures has chosen to delay the release again. 65% of movie theaters in North America remain closed and the theaters that are open are struggling because of a lack of new content.

The movie will now be released in theaters on September 17, 2021.

A Quiet Place earned $340 million at the worldwide box office on a budget of just $17 million. The studio has big hopes for the sequel, which is directed by John Krasinski once again.

Emily Blunt, Noah Jupe, and Millicent Simmonds are all reprising their roles in the sequel.
