Darren Criss Announces First-Ever Holiday Album Featuring Adam Lambert & More!

Darren Criss is releasing his very first holiday album!

The 34-year-old musician confirmed to People that he would be dropping his new album, A Very Darren Crissmas, on October 8, 2022.

The record will include covers of holiday classics and new songs, as well as collaborations with stars like Adam Lambert.

“I always knew that if I ever made a Christmas album, it would have to be much more than just a collection of songs you already knew,” the Glee alum said. “I’d want it to be a journey through songs that not only had a personal significance to my life, but also a unique introduction to songs folks had never heard before, and a re-introduction to a few they might think they know – but have never considered differently.”

“Every eclectic choice led this album to feel astutely true to its namesake: a very, indisputably, ‘me’ Christmas,” he added.

The album will feature songs like “(Everybody’s Waitin’ For) The Man with the Bag,” a jazzy collaboration with Adam Lambert, “Somewhere in My Memory” with Evan Rachel Wood and the original song “Drunk on Christmas” with country star Lainey Wilson.

A Very Darren Crissmas is set to drop October 8 and is available for pre-order September 8 at 12 a.m. EST. Check out the full track list down below.
