Rihanna Teases Next Album, Says 'You're Not Going to Expect What You Hear'

Rihanna is sharing an update on her highly-anticipated new album!

“You’re not going to expect what you hear. Just put that in your mind,” Rihanna told AP.

It’s been over five years since Rihanna released her last album, Anti, back in 2016. Since then, Rihanna has been busy working on building her fashion and makeup empires.

“Whatever you know of Rihanna is not going to be what you hear,” Rihanna added. “I’m really experimenting. Music is like fashion. You should be able to play. I should be able to wear whatever I want. I treat music the same way. So I’m having fun and it’s going to be completely different.”

As of right now, Rihanna hasn’t announced when she’ll be releasing her ninth album.
