Sam Asghari is celebrating fiancee Britney Spears‘ huge victory in court!

On Wednesday (September 29), the 27-year-old actor and fitness instructor took to social media to react Jamie Spears being officially suspended as the 39-year-old pop star’s conservator.

“Free Britney! Congratulations!!!!!!!!!” Sam wrote on his Instagram Story moments after the L.A. judge granted Britney‘s petition to suspend her father as conservator of her estate.

Sam then followed up with a photo of his hand holding Britney‘s, as she shows off her engagement ring.

Sam also shared a photo of a lioness on his Story, along with the message, “She did this. Her fan base is a called the army for a reason.”

Sam – who proposed to Britney earlier this month after five years together – has been a fierce supporter of Britney amid her battle to end her conservatorship.

The other day, Sam released a statement on all of the new documentaries that are being made about Britney.
