Trey Songz Subject of Sexual Assault Investigation in Las Vegas

Las Vegas authorities are reportedly investigating an alleged sexual assault incident involving Trey Songz.

According to People, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department received “a report of a sexual assault incident alleged to have occurred at a hotel in the 3700 block of South Las Vegas Boulevard” on Sunday (November 28), per a spokesperson from the department.

The alleged incident involved the 37-year-old musician, who’s legal name is Tremaine Neverson, and the department’s sex crimes division is investigating.

“Neverson is cooperating with the investigation. At this time, no arrests have been made,” the department said in the statement.

According to People, last year the singer was involved in another alleged sexual misconduct incident after a woman named Aliza alleged he wouldn’t let her leave his hotel room.

“I kept asking, like, ‘When can I leave, what time is it?’ ” Aliza said. “And he just, like, wouldn’t answer, he would just f——- ignore me. And I’m like, ‘Okay.’ And then he was like, ‘You can leave when I go to my flight,’ and I was like, ”Kay, when’s that?’ Wouldn’t tell me.”

He denied the allegations on the social media, writing that they were “convenient” for some hoping “to destroy someone’s life.”

Earlier this year, Trey was arrested after getting into an altercation with a police officer at a football game.
