No, Kim Kardashian was not throwing shade at Larsa Pippen in her latest Instagram post.

Fans thought that the 41-year-old reality was throwing shade at her former BFF in a post that she put up on Thursday night (December 2).

The speculation began because of a moment in the trailer for Larsa‘s new season of The Real Housewives of Miami, which is heading to Peacock. One of her co-stars accused her of trying to “… become the new Kim Kardashian,” adding, “which you’re never going to be.”

Hours after the trailer was released, Kim posted a selfie on Instagram and put the caption, “They can steal your recipe but the sauce won’t taste the same.”

Fans immediately assumed that Kim was shading Larsa with that caption.
