Amy Schneider Breaks $1 Million Dollar Mark on 'Jeopardy!'

Amy Schneider is officially in the million dollar club on Jeopardy!

The engineering manager surpassed the million dollar mark on Friday, January 7 on the trivia game show.

Amy has been a staple on the show with 28 straight games won, and averaging about $33,000 per game.

“It feels amazing, it feels strange,” Amy shared in a statement about her major win. “It’s not a sum of money I ever anticipated would be associated with my name.”

During Friday’s game, Amy earned $42,200, which brought her total winnings to $1,019,600.

She is only the fourth person, and first woman, in the show’s history to break $1 million in non-tournament play. Amy joins Ken Jennings, Matt Amodio, and James Holzhauer in that feat.
