Alias actress Merrin Dungey is opening up about her experience working as Faye Dunaway‘s assistant back in the early 90s.

Someone on Twitter asked, “Show of hands ✋🏻 who here has quit a toxic job? Let’s normalize this sh-t. It’s never worth it, and it’s way different than paying your dues.”

“I was Faye Dunaway’s personal assistant in 1993. I lasted 3 months before I quit that bitch. Pun intended,” she said.

Merrin added, “She was on a sitcom with Robert Urich at the time called It Had to Be You. I mean… this is where we were.”

Someone replied to Merrin and brought up the time when Faye guest starred on Alias. She replied, “That was satisfying for me.”

Merrin later tweeted again and shared “2 nice things that happened with Faye.”

“1) she thought she could just call SAG on my behalf and demand I get my SAG card. 2) when cleaning out some stuff in her garage I found her Chinatown script with notes and she delighted in going over it with me,” she wrote.
