There is another update about country singer Sam Hunt and his wife, Hannah Lee Fowler, after she filed for divorce and accused him of cheating.

If you missed it, Hannah Lee, who is pregnant with the couple’s first child, filed for divorce earlier this week citing adultery as the reason. However, later that same day, she withdrew the filing from the court.

Now, the papers have actually been re-filed, reaffirming that they are proceeding with the divorce.

The reason why she unfiled the original papers and refiled was because she accidentally filed in Davidson County, Tennessee when she actually needed to file in Williamson County, ET reports. The error was rectified, and the papers, which remain the same and allege he cheated, contain all the same information.
