Kristen Bell & Dax Shepard's Daughters Now Sleep In Their Own Bedroom: 'We've Graduated'

Kristen Bell has revealed that her two daughters, Delta and Lincoln, have “graduated”.

While chatting with E! News, the 42-year-old actress revealed that her children, whom she shares with husband Dax Shepard, are now sleeping in their own room.

Kristen, who has been open in the past about why she and Dax co-sleep with their children, shared that Lincoln, 9, and Delta, 7, are now on their own in a separate room.

“So you can congratulate me – we did it, they now sleep in their room on beds right next to each other and they cuddle with each other instead of us,” she shared.

Kristen, who was promoting Hello Bello nighttime gummies, also opened up about how their nighttime routine has changed as well – with her and Dax not going to bed the same time as them anymore.

“We do not want to go to sleep when they want to go to sleep, so we would hook up our headphones by Bluetooth to the television, put on a show and they would be on the floor, trying to fall asleep,” she said. “So, that’s how we got out of having to go to bed at the same time.”
