President Joe Biden Tests Positive for COVID-19 Again, Days After Recovering From Previous Case

Joe Biden has tested positive for COVID-19 again.

The President of the United States previously announced on July 21 that he had tested positive for the virus, but he tested negative by July 26 after undergoing the paxlovid treatment.

Biden revealed on Saturday morning (July 30) that he once again has tested positive, but he thankfully isn’t feeling any symptoms.

“Folks, today I tested positive for COVID again. This happens with a small minority of folks. I’ve got no symptoms but I am going to isolate for the safety of everyone around me. I’m still at work, and will be back on the road soon,” Biden tweeted.

A small percentage of people who are treated with Paxlovid have been experiencing “rebound” positivity.
