Leslie Jordan's Agent Releases Statement After His Tragic Death

New broke just moments ago that Leslie Jordan has tragically passed away at the age of 67.

According to reports, the beloved actor and comedian was driving his BMW in Hollywood on Monday (October 24) when he might have suffered some sort of medical emergency behind the wheel. His car crashed into a building and he was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Leslie‘s agent has released a statement about the tragedy.

“The world is definitely a much darker place today without the love and light of Leslie Jordan,” David Shaul, Leslie‘s agent, said in a statement (via Variety). “Not only was he a mega talent and joy to work with, but he provided an emotional sanctuary to the nation at one of its most difficult times. What he lacked in height he made up for in generosity and greatness as a son, brother, artist, comedian, partner and human being. Knowing that he has left the world at the height of both his professional and personal life is the only solace one can have today.”

Leslie was well known for his work portraying Megan Mullally‘s nemesis on Will & Grace, his appearances on American Horror Story, Call Me Kat, and more. He had also amassed a large social media following during the pandemic for his lighthearted and humorous posts.
