Rob Lowe's New Movie 'Dog Gone' Get First Trailer - Watch Now!

The trailer for Rob Lowe‘s new Netflix movie Dog Gone has just debuted online!

The movie is an adaption of the 2015 book “Dog Gone : A Lost Pet’s Extraordinary Journey and The Family That Brought Him Home” by Pauls Toutonghi. The book is based on an incredible true story.

The movie follows what happens after a young man and his beloved dog are separated on the Appalachian Trail. The young man and his father must begin a desperate search to find him before it’s too late.

In the book, the dog Gonker has Addison’s disease. If he’s not found in twenty-three days, he will die.

The movie is directed by Stephen Herek, who also directed Mr. Holland’s Opus and Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure.

Earlier this year Rob opened up about why he cares “deeply” about getting older, and explained how his son’s Internet trolling led to them getting their own Netflix series.

Dog Gone will be streaming on Netflix on January 13, 2023.
