The 53-year-old actor hit the red carpet at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Tuesday night (January 10) in Beverly Hills, Calif., ahead of his presenting duties on stage at the ceremony.

Billy will be presenting the Carol Burnett Lifetime Achievement Award to Ryan Murphy.

Ryan had a request for Billy ahead of the show: “He asked me to come in the Oscar dress. I couldn’t really do that, so Christian Siriano whipped something else together for me,” he told Variety.

Billy paired his Christian Siriano ensemble with Coach shoes, Stefere and Shine Like Me jewelry, and a Tiziano Colasante bag.
