Restaurant Owner Accuses Patrick Mahome's Brother Jackson of Assault, His Legal Team Responds

Patrick Mahome‘s younger brother Jackson has been accused of assault by a restaurant owner.

Police are said to be investigating the alleged encounter, which happened on February 25. According to The Kansas City Star, Jackson, 22, has been accused of getting in a physical altercation with a younger male waiter.

The owner of the restaurant also accused him of kissing her without consent.

A representative for Jackson denied that he did anything wrong.

“Our investigation has revealed substantial evidence refuting the claims of Jackson’s accuser including the statements of several witnesses. We have reached out to law enforcement to provide the fruit of our investigation so that they may have a complete picture of the matter,” they wrote.

Jackson‘s attorney told People that they were cooperating with the investigation.

“We have provided law enforcement with the tools and evidence they need to evaluate the claims against Jackson,” they said. “We have faith in the process and look forward to a swift resolution of the matter.”

Local police confirmed that they were looking into the accusations. However, they said that they were unable to comment, since it would be “inappropriate.”

Patrick does not appear to have commented on the allegations. He has made multiple headlines himself after being named the 2023 Super Bowl MVP.
