Hugh Grant Faces Backlash for Unpleasant Oscars Interview with Ashley Graham, Who Fans Are Giving Lots of Praise (Video)

Before surprising the audience with an awkward joke on stage at the Oscars, Hugh Grant gave a really awkward interview on the red carpet.

The 62-year-old actor was at the show as a presenter at the 2023 Academy Awards on Sunday (March 12) at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.

While walking the carpet, Hugh was interviewed by model Ashley Graham for the ABC pre-show and he made it an excruciatingly awkward minute and a half.

When asked who he wanted to win at the show, Hugh said, “No one in particular.” When asked what he was wearing, he said, “Just my suit.” Asked for details on the designer, he said, “My tailor.”

Ashley tried to get info on Hugh‘s time on the set of Glass Onion and he replied, “Well, I’m barely in it. I’m in for about three seconds.”

People are slamming Hugh for his behavior in the interview and they’re praising Ashley for trying her best to make the interview work.
