'Bold Type' Alum Sam Page Joins 'Grey's Anatomy' For Recurring Story Arc

Sam Page is headed to Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital for a recurring role on Grey’s Anatomy.

The 46-year-old actor, who many know from Mad Men, The Bold Type and Hallmark Channel, will make his debut in the May 4th episode of the ABC series.

According to a release, via Variety, Sam is set to portray Sam Sutton.

Sam is “an Air Force pilot who is seriously injured in a base-jumping accident. Although he’s coping with trauma, he somehow maintains his sense of humor and charm.”

In the episode logline, it says that Chris Carmack‘s character Link will also be wrestling “with his own self-doubt as he preps for a massive surgery”, hinting that Link and Sam’s storylines may cross.
