Constance Wu Confirms She Gave Birth to Her Second Child, Reveals Baby's Sex & Talks Her Parenting Experience

Constance Wu‘s family has expanded by one!

The 41-year-old Hustlers actress casually confirmed that she gave birth to the second child she shares with boyfriend Ryan Kattner. The couple already shares a daughter, who they welcomed in secret in 2020.

She opened up about her new baby, sharing the “breaking news” and confirming their sex and more details in a new interview.

In a teaser for Danielle Robay‘s PRETTYSMART podcast, Constance very casually broke the news by explaining that she dedicated a memoir to her daughter before welcoming a son.

“Breaking news,” she joked. “Nobody knew I had a son. Oh my god, we were so shocked.”

She continued, opening up about learning that they were expecting a boy. “They were like, ‘You’re having a boy.’ I was like ‘Really? Are you sure?’”

Constance confirmed that she was expecting by sharing a photo of her baby bump in February.

How have things been different for the family this time around? “A lot of the differences I’m experiencing… he’s just a different person. He’s our second kid so we have less anxiety about it. We’ve done it before. It’s still early. He’s still a little nugget.”
