Olivia Rodrigo is preparing for the release of her sophomore album and the second song from the album is out now!

The 20-year-old singer just dropped her new song “Bad Idea Right?” and you can watch the official music video right here.

The song is about an ex reaching out to Olivia and how she knows it’s a bad idea to reconnect with him, but she does it anyways.”

Olivia sings in the chorus, “Yes, I know that he’s my ex / But can’t two people reconnect? / I only see him as a friend / The biggest lie I ever said / Oh, yes, I know that he’s my ex / But can’t two people reconnect? / I only see him as a friend / I just tripped and fell into his bed.”

Starring in the video are Olivia‘s real-life best friends Iris Apatow, Tate McRae, and Madison Hu.
