Sandra Bullock Source Shares Update on How She's Doing, Three Weeks After Bryan Randall's Death

It’s been nearly three weeks since Sandra Bullock‘s longtime partner Bryan Randall passed away after a private battle with ALS.

A source is opening up about how Sandra is doing these days and they also shared her reaction to the outpouring of love and support she’s received from people around the world.

The source told People that Sandra has “seen the incredible outpouring of support toward ALS research since Bryan’s passing.”

“It was very important to her that when she and his family made the initial statement of Bryan’s passing, those who were on this journey with her and Bryan, from the beginning, were recognized — with the Healey Center at Mass General leading the way,” the source continued. “She is so grateful to all those who have donated and is happy that out of something so heartbreaking came something so positive for others,” the source adds.

Bryan‘s family asked that well-wishers send donations to the ALS Association and the Massachusetts General Hospital in lieu of flowers.

The ALS Association received $50,000 in donations that were in honor of Bryan.

Sandra had previously explained why she and Bryan never got married.
