Erika Jayne Being Sued by Designer After Working Relationship Soured

Erika Jayne is at the center of another lawsuit.

The 52-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is being sued alongside American Express and several Secret Service agents by designer Chris Psaila over their working relationship in the past.

According to TMZ, Chris said that he was accused of putting between $800,000 and $900,000 in false charges on Erika‘s credit card when they worked together between 2015 and 2016. The outlet noted that he believes she and Tom Girardi “weaponized the Secret Service” in retaliation.

Robert Savage, who was the head of the Secret Service in Los Angeles, is named in the lawsuit. According to Chris, the couple was refunded nearly $800,000 by American Express after the Secret Service stepped in.

Chris alleges that he “suffered extreme emotional distress, financial harm to his business, plus extreme emotional, psychological, and physical injuries as a result of the ordeal” and is seeking $18.2 million in damages.

American Express responded to the lawsuit, telling TMZ that they “followed our regular processes and procedures throughout this investigation.”

Robert also responded, saying, “I am restricted by a non-disclosure when I retired from the U.S. Secret Service to discuss casework during my tenure without their approval, so I would respectfully redirect your questions pertaining to the lawsuit to the USSS Office of Chief Counsel and U.S. Attorneys Office for the Central District of California.”

Erika does not appear to have addressed the suit yet. Earlier this month, she discussed her weight loss and accusations that she was using Ozempic.
