Todd Chrisley & Wife Julie's Prison Release Dates Gets Moved Up

Todd and Julie Chrisley are getting released from prison earlier than expected.

Back in June 2022, the former reality stars were convicted of bank fraud and tax evasion. At the time, they were sentenced to a combined 19 years in November with Todd ordered to serve 12 years, while Julie was given seven years.

After surrendering themselves back in January, new records have revealed that Todd and Julie are getting earlier releases from prison.

It has revealed that Todd is now scheduled to be released from prison on January 22, 2033 – which is two years shorter than his original sentence, according to federal prison records obtained by Page Six.

The records also show that Julie is scheduled to be released on October 19, 2028 – 14 months short of her seven year sentence.

On Thursday (September 7), Todd and Julie‘s attorney, Jay Surgent, told Insider, “Without a doubt, Todd and Julie are model incarcerated individuals who received exorbitant sentences. I believe Todd is down to 10 years, and Julie is now at five years.”

Their attorney also said that he believes that the Chrisleys‘ sentences could be reduced even more due to the implementation of new sentencing guidelines coming in November.

It was also recently reported that Todd and Julie‘s family have a new reality series in the works.
