We’re breaking down what has happened over just the last few days. By now, you must have heard that Sophie hit Joe with a lawsuit for the return of their two children – Willa, 3, and Delphine, 1, – back to the UK. Sophie alleged that Joe would not turn over their passports, and also alleged they agreed to make England their forever home before the divorce filing was initiated.

Joe denied abducting the children in any way. They then both agreed to stay in New York City with the children for the time being.
