Patricia Arquette Thanks Robert Mueller During Her SAG Awards Acceptance Speech!
Patricia Arquette accepts her award on stage at the 2019 Screen Actors Guild Awards held at the Shrine Auditorium on Sunday (January 27) in Los Angeles.
The 50-year-old actress won the award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Miniseries or Television Movie for her work on Escape at Dannemora.
During her acceptance speech, Patricia made a plea for actors to always get paid for overtime.
“Everyone, one order of business, some production companies are not paying people their overtime, and their meal penalties. Start taking pictures of your schedule G and your call sheet, because actors depend on that money to survive. So we have to stop that practice,” she said.
Patrica also got political by saying, “Oh, thank you, Robert Mueller and everyone working to make sure that we have sovereignty for the United States of America,” she said.
