Aubrey Plaza wears a two piece white ensemble to a Q&A panel event for her new movie, Emily The Criminal, in New York City on Tuesday (August 9).
The 38-year-old actress and co-star Theo Rossi opened up about their new flick, which centers on the titular character, who is saddled with student debt and unable to find work, and becomes involved in a credit card scam. She acts as a dummy shopper and buying increasingly risky products with stolen credit cards.
While appearing on The Tonight Show just the night before, Aubrey told host Jimmy Fallon that director Edgar Wright actually thought she was cast as a the new Lara Croft after seeing a promo image for the flick.

Teresa Giudice‘s new husband is setting the record straight.
Over the weekend, the 50-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey star married Luis “Louie” Ruelas in a lavish ceremony in New Jersey.
While many Bravo celebrities were in attendance, Teresa‘s brother Joe Gorga and his wife Melissa decided at the last minute to skip the wedding.
A few days after the wedding, a report came out that Teresa and Louie sent Joe and Melissa a bill for skipping the big event.
Shortly after the report went viral on social media, Louie released a message setting the record straight.

Eva Longoria will be back on the small screen once again in Apple TV+’s Land of Women.
According to TV Line, the -year-old actress is set to star in the drama series as well as executive produce.
Eva will star as Gala in the show, who is forced to flee New York City with her mother and college-age daughter when her husband implicates the whole family in a series of financial crimes.
The three women hide out in a charming wine town in northern Spain that Gala’s mother once called home.
“The women seek to start anew and hope their identities will remain unknown, but gossip in the small town quickly spreads, unraveling their deepest family secrets and truths,” the official description reads.
Eva will star alongside Carmen Maura, who will portray her mother, Julia.
Land of Women has received a six episode order and is based on the bestselling novel by Sandra Barneda.

Katy Perry steps out in a red hot dress for the 2022 MAGIC Las Vegas convention on Tuesday (August 9) in Las Vegas.
The 37-year-old singer and American Idol judge was a keynote speaker at the event, where she opened up about her signature style and venturing into the fashion world with her footwear line, Katy Perry Collections.
“It’s just always been a way for me to express myself and stand out,” Katy shared of her pin-up vibes. “I feel like we can understand each others vibe by presentation.”
She also revealed her best advice for fans venturing into anything in life: to persevere through rejection.
“I’ve been rejected a lot in my life and I’ve written many of songs about it,” Katy shared. “I just take that rejection and remodel it.”
