Miranda Kerr is smashing while attending the 2012 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Awards held at Center 548 on Tuesday (November 13) in New York City.

The 29-year-old model was joined by the always beautiful Karlie Kloss.

Before the ceremony, Miranda tweeted, “On my way to cvff down the stairs wearing giulietta.”

FYI: Miranda is wearing a top, skirt and shoes by Giulietta and carrying a Prada bag. Louise is wearing head-to-toe Rachel Roy.

Ashley Greene keeps it sheer while attending the 2012 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Awards held at Center 548 on Tuesday (November 13) in New York City.

The 25-year-old actress was joined at the event by her Twilight co-star Dakota Fanning.

The CFDA/Vogue Fund was created to generate sufficient income each year to fund financial awards to one or two of the next generation of fashion designers and provide business mentoring.

Emma Stone, Allison Williams, and Liv Tyler arrive at the 2012 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Awards held at Center 548 on Tuesday (November 13) in New York City.

The ladies were joined at the event by Tobey Maguire and his jewelry designer wife Jennifer Meyer, who was one of the runner-ups for the evening’s big prize and received $100,000 plus a mentorship.

Emma presented the Fashion Fund Award to up-and-coming designer Greg Chait.
