Nathan Adrian celebrates after winning the gold medal for the Men’s 100m Freestyle on Day 5 of the 2012 Summer Olympics on Wednesday (August 1) at the Aquatics Centre in London, England.

The 23-year-old swimmer placed first ahead of Aussie favorite James Magnussen, who finished only a hundredth of a second behind Nathan. Canada’s Brent Hayden took the bronze.

That same day, Ryan Lochte and Michael Phelps competed in the semifinals for the Men’s 200m Individual Medley, in which they placed first and third, respectively.

Bar Refaeli is long, lean, and lovely in lace in a picture posted to her Instagram on Tuesday (July 31) from London, England.

The 27-year-old model also posted a pic of herself and rumored beau Shaun White celebrating with Michael Phelps‘ family after he won his 19th medal and became the most decorated Olympian in history at the 2012 Summer Olympics!

Bar tweeted about getting ready to watch some Olympic events – “And…off to the swimming! London is like one big amusement park right now! (well, for the sport lovers!)”

Michael Phelps‘ teammates from the U.S. Men’s Swimming Team – Conor Dwyer, Ryan Lochte, and Ricky Berens – celebrate as he makes history during the Men’s 4 x 200m Freestyle Relay final on Day 4 of the 2012 Summer Olympics at the Aquatics Centre on Tuesday (July 31) in London, England.

The 27-year-old swimmer became the most decorated Olympian of all time with a record 19 medals when his team picked up the gold medal for the relay.

Earlier in the day, Michael won the silver medal during the Men’s 200m Butterfly final.

The U.S. Women’s Gymnastics Team – Jordyn Wieber, Gabby Douglas, McKayla Maroney, Aly Raisman, and Kyla Ross – raise their arms in victory during the medal ceremony at the Artistic Gymnastics Women’s Team final on Day 4 of the 2012 Summer Olympics held at North Greenwich Arena on Tuesday (July 31) in London, England.

The girls took home the gold over the Russian and Romanian teams in the Team Finals with a total score of 183.596!

Duchess Kate and her husband Prince William watch on as his cousin Zara Phillips competes in the Show Jumping Eventing Equestrian event on Day 4 of the 2012 Summer Olympics on Tuesday (July 31) at Greenwich Park in London, England.

The 30-year-old Duchess of Cambridge and the 30-year-old Duke of Cambridge were joined by Prince Harry and Princess Eugenie.

Even though she knocked down a fence during her run, Zara‘s team helped bring the score up to help clinch the silver medal! Congrats, Zara!

Venus Williams and her sister Serena play their hearts out at the 2012 Summer Olympics held at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in Wimbledon on Monday (July 30) in London, England.

The tennis star sisters went on to beat Sorana Cirstea and Simona Halep of Romania in their doubles match to advance them to the next level.

Earlier in the day, Venus won her singles match against Sara Errani of Italy to advance her to the next round.

Also advancing that day were Andy Roddick and Roger Federer.
