That same day, Darren celebrated his 31st birthday – Happy Birthday Darren!

The TIMEX x Todd Snyder MS1 Maritime Sport Watch is a modern hybrid with a nautical sensibility that evokes naval academies and life on the eastern seaboard.

Aaron was seen mingling with designer Todd Snyder and the mag’s editor-in-chief Tony Marion.

A whole bunch of theatre stars stepped out to celebrate outstanding achievement in Off-Broadway at the 2017 Lucille Lortel Awards!

Jennifer Morrison, Matthew Perry, host Taran Killam and his wife Cobie Smulders, Younger stars Sutton Foster and Debi Mazar, Dear Evan Hansen‘s Ben Platt, Finn Wittrock, Aaron Tveit, Cory Michael Smith, Charlie Cox, Judith Light, Ari Graynor, Keegan-Michael Key and his girlfriend Elisa Pugliese, Lena Hall, and Bandstand stars Laura Osnes and Corey Cott all hit the carpet at the ceremony held at NYU Skirball Center on Sunday (May 7) in New York City.

Oslo – now on Broadway at the Lincoln Center Theater’s Vivian Beaumont – was the most-awarded production of the night, winning in four categories, including Best Play, Best Direction, as well as acting honors for Jennifer Ehle and Michael Aronov.

Dear Evan Hansen stars Ben and Rachel Bay Jones won in their respective acting categories, while The Band’s Visit was named this year’s Outstanding Musical.

Dear Evan Hansen had its opening night on Broadway – and it’s a rave!

Ben Platt, the star of the show, was joined by his co-stars at New York City’s Pierre Hotel on Sunday (December 4), including Rachel Bay Jones, Michael Park, Jennifer Laura Thompson, Kristolyn Lloyd, Will Roland, Mike Faist, as well as writers Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, director Michael Greif, and music supervisor Alex Lacamoire.

Celebs stepped out to support the show as well at the opening night performance, including Zendaya, who walked the carpet with Waitress star Keala Settle, Darren Criss, Sutton Foster with husband Ted Griffin, Aaron Tveit, Tina Fey with husband Jeff Raymond, Zachary Quinto, and Waitress composer Sara Bareilles with collaborator Jessie Nelson.

The New York Times reports that the show is a “gorgeous heartbreaker of a musical,” and Variety says, “lyrics go beyond the spoken thought and reach for the unspoken feelings hiding behind the words.”

Aaron Tveit serves up a smoldering look for his sexy spread in Corduroy Magazine issue 11, available now.

The 33-year-old Grease: Live star talked to the mag, which features actress Audrey Tautou and artist Marina Abramovic on separate covers, about misconceptions people have about him, turning down a role on Glee, and the memories of making Les Mis.

On turning down Glee: “I was worried that if I did Glee, people would perceive me differently afterwards. I didn’t want to be pigeon-holed as a ‘teen actor.’”

On running into fans in public: “[Because of the roles I play] I meet people who are like, ‘Oh I expected you to be an asshole or a dirt-bag and wow, you’re actually a nice guy!”

On why he’s not that active on social media: “I just think that if people don’t know about you so much, then they’ll have an easier time believing whatever character you’re trying to play.”

Lin-Manuel Miranda chats with the audience while hosting a Grease: Live panel on Monday (August 15) at The Edison Ballroom in New York City.

The 36-year-old actor and writer was joined by the musical’s star Aaron Tveit as well as directors Thomas Kail, who also directed Hamilton, and Alex Rudzinski, casting director Bernard Tesley and costume designer William Ivey Long.

It was just announced that Lin-Manuel will be teaming up with songwriter Alan Menken to write the music for the live action adaptation of The Little Mermaid, which will include a mix of pre-existing songs from the 1989 Disney animated classic movie.

Lin-Manuel will also be producing the film alongside Marc Platt and Walt Disney Studios Motion Picture Production.

The 32-year-old actor, who is starring on the new CBS series BrainDead, made a surprise appearance at last week’s #Ham4Ham performance for the Broadway musical Hamilton.
