Michael Fassbender is nothing but grateful for getting the chance to carry on the Alien legacy!

“I don’t ever think ‘you’re a movie star’. I stop most days and think: ‘jeez, you’re fucking lucky’,” the 40-year-old actor recently expressed while promoting his latest film Alien: Covenant. “The dream was to work with the best people and that’s what I’ve achieved. When I’m stood on a Ridley Scott set and we’re doing Alien, I definitely pinch myself for sure.”

The cast of Alien: Covenant stepped out for the world premiere.

Michael Fassbender and Katherine Waterston hit the red carpet together at the Odeon Leicester Square on Thursday (May 4) in London, England.

They were joined by co-stars Billy Crudup and Danny McBride, in addition to director Ridley Scott.

Alien: Covenant follows the crew of the colony ship Covenant, bound for a remote planet on the far side of the galaxy, discovers what they think is an uncharted paradise, but is actually a dark, dangerous world. When they uncover a threat beyond their imagination, they must attempt a harrowing escape.

It hits theaters on May 19.

Michael Fassbender is all smiles while joining his co-workers from the film Alien: Covenant for an event at the 2017 SXSW Festival on Friday night (March 10) in Austin, Tex.

The 39-year-old actor was joined by co-stars Katherine Waterston and Danny McBride, as well as director Ridley Scott, to debut new footage from the upcoming Prometheus sequel.

“To get the opportunity to work on this franchise, work with Ridley. As an actor and a dreamer, as a [risk taker] of the cinema and loving movies, the most important thing to me was to have fun with this character. To really enjoy it and enjoy the experience of doing it. Coming back was a follow up to that really. To have the honor to work with Sir Ridley Scott. To work with these guys. The proof is in the pudding,” Michael said at the event (via EW).

Earlier in the day, Michael wore a tight shirt that will make you swoon when you seen him in it.

The new trailer for Alien: Covenant is filled with some intense moments, including the return of the facehugger egg and a shower scene that is bloody as can be.

It appears to be Callie Hernandez and Jussie Smollett in the shower together, and judging by the bloody mess, we’re guessing that things don’t turn out well for the Empire actor.

Alien: Covenant is the sequel to Prometheus and it also stars Katherine Waterston, Michael Fassbender, Billy Crudup, Danny McBride, Demian Bichir, Carmen Ejogo, Amy Seimetz, Nathaniel Dean, Alexander England, and Benjamin Rigby.

Busy Philipps strikes a pose on the blue carpet while attending the premiere of her new show Vice Principals held at Avalon Hollywood on Thursday (July 7) in Los Angeles.

The 37-year-old actress was joined at the event by her co-stars Danny McBride, Walton Goggins, Georgia King, Ashley Spillers, Sheaun McKinney, Kimberly Hebert Gregory, Edi Patterson, Mike O’Gorman and Dale Dickey.

“The whole series is only 18 episodes and that’s it. We just wanted to make a really long movie,” Danny told Variety. “It’s one school year and a complete story. This was an old screenplay that Jody [Hill] and I wrote back in 2006. But we needed it to be longer so we added and reworked it and broke it up into 18 segments. HBO trusted us to make those episodes without anyone watching them, so they really, really trust us.”
