Pink Gets Served Legal Papers Regarding Kesha & Dr. Luke (Report)

Pink got served while stepping out with her 15-month old son Jameson today.

The 38-year-old “What About Us” singer was handed the legal papers while leaving a building and heading to a waiting car on Wednesday (April 4) in New York City, in a video obtained by TMZ.

The documents involved Kesha‘s ongoing lawsuit with producer Dr. Luke.

Paparazzi and fans were also waiting to greet Pink alongside the process server.

Pink has been an outspoken supporter of Kesha, calling the case “karma” for Luke and calling him “not a good person.”

“I have told him that to his face and I do not work with him,” she has said. “He doesn’t do good business, he’s not a kind person, he doesn’t do the right thing when given ample opportunities to do so, and I don’t really feel that bad for him.”

Pink reportedly didn’t seem bothered while being handed the papers.

Kesha's Attorney Accuses Dr. Luke of Refusing to Turn Over Documents Related to Lady Gaga

Kesha‘s attorney, Mark Geragos, is accusing Dr. Luke of refusing to turn over a ton of documents related to the producer’s dealings with Lady Gaga.

The accusation arrives in a motion to compel filed by Mark, who was sued for defamation by Luke after posting a tweet claiming the producer raped Gaga.

Luke has said he doesn’t believe an inquiry is necessary because Gaga never named him in an accusation, but Mark compared the situation to Harvey Weinstein: “As recent events involving Hollywood power-broker Harvey Weinstein have taught, one can have a reputation for sexual misconduct within Hollywood and yet the general public and news media can be oblivious to that reputation for years,” he said according to TMZ.

He also claims that Kesha‘s story and Gaga‘s allegations are similar.

Kesha‘s claims of sexual abuse were dismissed by a judge, but the two continue to battle it out in court regarding their contract dispute.

Luke denies any and all allegations of sexual assault and misconduct.

Mark is demanding the court order Luke to turn over all documents regarding meetings and communication he, or his crisis team, had with Gaga, as well as proof that his tweet damaged Luke‘s career.

Pink Blasts Dr. Luke: 'This Is His Karma and He Earned It'

Pink is not holding back with her feelings on Dr. Luke.

The “What About Us?” pop superstar opened up about her past experience working with the producer, who is famously embroiled in a long legal battle with Kesha over allegations of abuse, in a New York Times profile.

“I don’t know what happened, but I know that regardless of whether or not Dr. Luke did that, this is his karma and he earned it because he’s not a good person,” she said.

“I have told him that to his face and I do not work with him. He doesn’t do good business, he’s not a kind person, he doesn’t do the right thing when given ample opportunities to do so, and I don’t really feel that bad for him.”

Pink last collaborated with Dr. Luke in 2006.

Kelly Clarkson Says She Lost 'Millions' By Refusing a Writing Credit with Dr Luke

Kelly Clarkson is speaking out about Dr Luke again after saying she was blackmailed into working with him last year.

This time, Kelly is saying that she lost millions of dollars because of a writing credit she never received on the 2009 song “My Life Would Suck Without You.”

“There’s a lot of times in my career where you don’t see my name on a song,” Kelly told Z100. “Sometimes I don’t write them, but a lot of times I do change the song in a way that probably you should ask for credit, but I don’t because the song was already great. I just made it more me and I think a lot of artists steal credit a lot from writers, which I think is super crappy because that’s their livelihood.”

“I did deserve it on that song just because I changed it a bit, but I really just didn’t”especially at that time, I was so frustrated that I was forced to work…basically, they were going to sit on my record unless I did what they wanted and I was so frustrated because I literally said, ‘Anyone in the world but this one person. I will work with anyone you want to put in my path. I just had a negative experience. The guy is super talented. I’m not negating that. That’s a fact, obviously,” Kelly continued, referencing Dr Luke. “And I asked not to work with Dr. Luke… just because I had not a good experience with him. It was one thing and they wouldn’t even give it to me.”

“I don’t want my name near his,” Kelly continued. “I don’t even want”I want to pretend this didn’t happen in my life and I want to forget it. There’s hundreds of thousands of dollars gone because of that…or millions actually. That song was huge,” she said. “I was making a point to the people working with me going, ‘This is how much I didn’t want to do this.’ I don’t care about the money. I don’t care about, ‘Oh, you’re going to be the most famous person ever if you do this.’ That’s not what holds weight in my life.”

Lady Gaga Responds to Dr. Luke's Subpoena: He Is 'Attempting to Manipulate the Truth'

Lady Gaga has issued a response after Dr Luke presented her with a subpoena to turn over some text messages between her and Kesha about his alleged sexual assault of her back in 2013.

“As Lady Gaga‘s legal team will present to the court, she has provided all of the relevant information in her possession and is at most an ancillary witness in this process. Dr. Luke‘s team is attempting to manipulate the truth and draw press attention to their case by exaggerating Lady Gaga‘s role and falsely accusing her of dodging reasonable requests,” a representative for Lady Gaga told Just Jared.

Dr. Luke's Lawyer Explains Subpoena Served to Lady Gaga

A lawyer for Dr. Luke is speaking out after reports that Lady Gaga is being dragged into his legal battle with Kesha.

The singer reportedly talked with Gaga about Dr. Luke‘s alleged sexual assault against her in 2013 and now his legal team wants the text messages to be turned over.

Gaga reportedly sent in a “heavily-redacted four page spreadsheet of the text messages,” a lawyer for Luke told Page Six.

Now, they want to order Gaga to sit for a deposition about the text messages.

“In connection with Dr. Luke’s defamation claims against Kesha, various third parties are being deposed by both sides, including celebrities,” the lawyer told JustJared.com in a statement. “Dr. Luke’s counsel served a subpoena on Lady Gaga because she has relevant information regarding, among other things, false statements about Dr. Luke made to her by Kesha. This motion has become necessary because Dr. Luke’s counsel has not been able to obtain, despite repeated request, a deposition date from Lady Gaga.”

Dr. Luke & Kesha's Mom Release Joint Statement on Ending Tennessee Case

Kesha‘s mom Pebe Sebert has released a joint statement with Dr. Luke about why they are dismissing the Tennessee litigation between them.

Dr. Luke was suing Pebe for defamation and tortuous interference in Tennessee, claiming that she schemed with her daughter to smear his reputation by accusing him of rape.

Pebe filed a counter-suit with claims of intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress based on the abuse being alleged.

Dr. Luke vigorously disputes and denies that he ever raped Kesha Sebert, and he is asserting claims of defamation in a New York court against Kesha Sebert for making statements to the contrary, which statements Dr. Luke adamantly maintains are false,” the new statement reads.

Pebe admits she has no firsthand personal knowledge of the events occurring on the night of the alleged rape. Pebe was not present that night,” the statement continues. “At that time, Pebe was in Nashville, and Kesha was in Los Angeles. The dispute between Kesha and Dr. Luke about the events of that night is the subject of the New York case, and will be decided in that case. Accordingly, all parties believe it is appropriate to dismiss this Tennessee case and focus their attention on the New York case.”
