Giuliana Rancic and her husband Bill Rancic proudly show off their new son, Edward Duke, on the cover of Life & Style‘s latest issue.

“I had always heard that when you have a baby it completes your life – and it’s true,” the 37-year-old E! News host tells the mag. “I love my baby, and I love my new role.”

Giuliana and Bill welcomed their first child on August 29 in Denver!

“I couldn’t believe that all those years of struggling and the tears actually paid off,” she expressed. “Every shot, every doctor’s visit — in the end, when you’re holding your baby in your arms, you forget it all, and it’s worth it.”

Giuliana Rancic and her husband Bill Rancic have welcomed their first child – a baby boy named Edward Duke Rancic, reports E!.

The 37-year-old E! News host and star of Giuliana and Bill witnessed the birth at 10:12 p.m. Wednesday night (August 29) in Denver – born via gestational carrier, Edward weighed 7 pounds and 4 ounces.

“Bill and I are blessed beyond words to welcome Edward into our lives,” Giuliana expressed. “Thank you so much to everyone who supported us along the way. We are so in love with the little guy already!”
