Josh Duhamel stars in the new Netflix superhero series Jupiter’s Legacy and that means we get to see him in a skintight costume!

The 48-year-old actor is putting his buff body on display in the series and we see him at various ages as the show takes place across several decades.

Josh plays Sheldon Sampson, who is the world’s greatest hero and the storied leader of The Union of Justice — the organization formed by the world’s six original and most powerful superheroes after they gained their powers in the 1930s. Sheldon insists that superheroes in The Union abide by a system of checks and balances called The Code: Heroes only use their powers in the service of others, they don’t govern, and they never kill. But times have changed in the past 90 years, and he doesn’t understand the world we live in anymore. Or his own family.

The new Netflix series Jupiter’s Legacy is out now and we have all the details you need to know about the cast and their characters!

The new show is an epic superhero drama that spans decades and navigates the complex dynamics of family, power, and loyalty. The series is based on the graphic novels by Mark Millar and Frank Quitely.

Here’s a synopsis: “After nearly a century of keeping mankind safe, the world’s first generation of superheroes must look to their children to continue the legacy. But tensions rise as the young superheroes, hungry to prove their worth, struggle to live up to their parents’ legendary public reputations — and exacting personal standards.”

The eight episodes of season one are all streaming on Netflix right now.

Josh Duhamel and his girlfriend Audra Mari are still going strong!

The 48-year-old actor and the 27-year-old Miss World America winner were spotted holding hands while out for dinner on Sunday night (May 2) at the popular sushi restaurant Nobu in Malibu, Calif.

Josh just recently returned back to Los Angeles after filming the movie Shotgun Wedding in the Dominican Republic with Jennifer Lopez.

Audra and Josh have been dating for nearly two years now. They were first spotted together back in October 2019 though they had been linked months earlier.

Josh took the role in Shotgun Wedding after Armie Hammer dropped out of the project amid his scandal. Here’s the movie’s synopsis: “A couple gathers their families for a destination wedding even as they get cold feet. If that wasn’t enough, the entire party then gets taken hostage.”

Josh Duhamel just wrapped up filming his new movie, Shotgun Wedding, with Jennifer Lopez, and is now spilling some details about working with the superstar.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the 48-year-old actor revealed that it was “one of the most fun experiences I’ve had shooting, or working in this business.”

He continued, adding that “we’re in the Dominican Republic, which is absolutely beautiful. Jen was a dream to work with, she’s an absolute pro and totally engaged and loved the project.”

Josh stepped into the role, taking over for Armie Hammer, who has been embroiled in a lot of drama, earlier this year.

He also revealed that he’s known Jennifer for quite a while and that the have “a great relationship” so “it was easy for us to get in lock and step.”

“The crew, the cast, we have a great cast and Jason Moore, the director, it was one of those situations that everything kind of fit perfectly. I’m very proud of the way it turned out and I can’t wait for it all to come together,” Josh shared.

Shotgun Wedding is expected to hit theaters on June 29, 2022.

The cast of the Batman: The Long Halloween, Part One movie has been revealed.

Jensen Ackles leads the cast as Batman/Bruce Wayne with the late Naya Rivera having voiced Catwoman/Selena Kyle ahead of her tragic death in July of 2020.

“After almost a century of superheroes just maintaining the status quo the smart ones start wondering what happens if they break the rules the older heroes have held onto their entire lives,” creator Mark Millar shared with EW. “What happens if they step out of this repetitive cycle? This is our starting point and it just goes nuts from here.”

He added, “Imagine The Incredibles, but the kids were a nightmare.” But, can you blame them, when their dad’s stature as The Utopian looms over their heads? “We’re cutting back and forth between this naive optimism of a guy [Sheldon] who utterly believes he’s going to save America by finding this island that doesn’t exist and this man [in the present] who ultimately knows he’s failed,” Millar adds. “He’s failed the country, he’s failed the world, and he’s failed his own family because the kids have ended up a mess.”

Leslie Bibb, Ben Daniels, Elena Kampouris, Andrew Horton, Mike Wade, and Matt Lanter also star in the series.

Jupiter’s Legacy will premiere on May 7.
