The actors co-star in the movie Nebraska, and they were both nominated for Oscars this morning for their work in the movie!

This evening, Bruce was nominated for Best Actor while June was nominated for Best Supporting Actress.

The full cast of Nebraska was nominated for Best Acting Ensemble, but lost to the cast of American Hustle.

Bruce Dern hits the red carpet with his wife Andrea at the 2014 Golden Globe Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Sunday (January 12) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 77-year-old actor was nominated in the Best Actor – Comedy or Musical category for his work in Nebraska, but lost out to Leonardo DiCaprio for The Wolf of Wall Street.

Also on the red carpet that evening was June Squibb, his Nebraska co-star, who was also nominated for her work in the Best Supporting Actress – Comedy or Musical category. She unfortunately lost out to Jennifer Lawrence for American Hustle.

Melissa Leo, Jennifer Garner, June Squibb, Sarah Paulson, Julianne Nicholson, and Zoe Saldana appear on a panel together while attending the 2013 Variety Awards Studio on Thursday (November 21) at the Leica Gallery and Store in West Hollywood, Calif.

The ladies all give supporting performances in some of this season’s hottest films – Melissa in Prisoners, Jennifer in Dallas Buyers Club, June in Nebraska, Sarah in 12 Years a Slave, Julianne in August: Osage County, and Zoe in Out of the Furnace.

FYI: Jennifer is wearing an A.L.C. dress, Valentino shoes, and an Anita Ko necklace. Zoe is wearing a Calvin Klein top + skirt, Christian Louboutin shoes, Joan Hornig and Dana Rebecca Designs earrings, and Graziela Gems rings.

Will Forte hits the red carpet at the premiere of his new movie Nebraska held during the closing night of the 2013 AFI Fest on Thursday (November 14) at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.

The 43-year-old former Saturday Night Live actor was joined by his co-stars Bruce Dern and June Squibb, as well as the film’s director Alexander Payne.

Andrew Rannells, Anika Noni Rose, Ralph Fiennes, and Bruce‘s actress daughter Laura Dern all stepped out to show their support at the premiere that evening.
