The Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising trailer has just hit the web and it features a whole lot of shirtless Zac Efron!
Also starring in the film are Selena Gomez, Chloe Moretz, Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne and more.
The first Neighbors film saw Seth and Rose‘s characters in a conflict with a neighboring frat house. Now, a sorority house is next door and there’s a whole new slew of problems for the young couple!

The 23-year-old actress was seen on set on Wednesday (September 2) wearing a hot pink mini dress while filming a scene with a bunch of sorority sisters.

Zac Efron, Seth Rogen, Dave Franco, and Rose Byrne are all returning for the sequel, which will also star Chloe Moretz as one of the sorority members. The plot of the movie is currently unknown, but it has been said that a sorority will replace the fraternity as Seth and Rose‘s problem this time around.
