Allison Williams, the star of the upcoming Peter Pan Live!, and her cast mates including Christopher Walken, the Lost Boys, Kelli O’Hara, and Christian Borle, gave the Today show a sneak peek at everything Neverland ahead of the musical’s premiere this week!

“Every time I get out of it at the end of the day, there are bruises in places you don’t expect,” Allison, 26, who plays Peter Pan, explained about wearing her flying harness. “I’m always tempted to photograph it, but that feels like, if iCloud got hacked, [those photos] would not be OK.”

Allison also explained how she’s not nervous to fly for the live production, since they’ve been rehearsing for three months.

Peter Pan Live! airs this Thursday on NBC.

Minnie Driver has just landed the roles of grown-up Wendy Darling and the show’s narrator in the upcoming Peter Pan Live! for NBC.

“We’re thrilled to have Minnie as part of this Peter Pan adventure,” Robert Greenblatt, Chairman, NBC Entertainment, said in a statement (via EW). “She appears in the final emotional scene when Peter returns to the Darling home years later only to realize Wendy is now grown up and has a daughter of her own, but you’ll also hear her voice throughout the movie since Adult Wendy is also our narrator. She’s a classy addition to our wonderful cast.”

Allison Williams is playing the title role, Christopher Walken is playing Captain Hook, and a slew of other Broadway professionals have joined the cast as well! Be sure to tune in on December 4 for the live show.

Here’s your first look at Christopher Walken as Captain Hook in the upcoming live NBC musical Peter Pan!

The 71-year-old actor stars alongside Girls actress Allison Williams in the title role – check out the full picture below featuring both Christopher and Allison in character.

The photo was tweeted out by producer Neil Meron with the caption, “wow!!!! #allisonwilliams #chriswalken @craigzadan @broadwayworld #PeterPanLive”

“I’m not a good singer,” Christopher told EW. “The songs are done almost like patter. Think Rex Harrison in My Fair Lady.”

Allison Williams recently started rehearsals for her role in the upcoming Peter Pan Live television special and her first day of flight training unfortunately fell on the day after Robin Williams‘ death.

The late actor famously played the role of Peter Pan in the beloved 1991 movie Hook and the 26-year-old actress decided to pay tribute to him at rehearsals.

“First day of flying lessons for Peter Pan,” Allison said in a statement to People. “Thinking about and missing a hero of mine who once did this and left big shoes to fill.”

Christian Borle will be playing not one, but TWO roles in the upcoming Peter Pan Live production airing on NBC this holiday season.

The 40-year-old actor will be taking on the roles of Mr. Darling (the father of Wendy and boys) and Smee (Captain Hook’s assistant).

In the original Broadway production of the musical, the actor who played Mr. Darling also played Captain Hook, according to Deadline.

The role of Captain Hook in this version will be played by Christopher Walken while Girls actress Allison Williams will be playing Peter Pan.

You may recognize Christian from his work in NBC’s live production of The Sound of Music and his role on Smash. He is definitely familiar with the world of Peter Pan after starring in (and winning a Tony Award) the Broadway play Peter and the Starcatcher.
