Ryan Lochte posted a really sweet message about his newborn son Caiden Zane Lochte, who was born earlier this month.

The 32-year-old swimmer posted about his son, who he shares with fiancee Kayla Rae Reid, “On my first Father’s Day, I had the privilege to give my son his first bath! He was so content being in water it brought a tears to my eyes! #fathersday #czl #2036olympics.”

Ryan has seven individual Olympic medals in swimming – and it looks like Ryan would be supportive of a 2036 Olympic run!

The 25-year-old model posted a photo of her newborn with a really sweet caption, reading, “My little pumpkin and that smirk 😍�’�🏼 After almost 26 hours of an unfortunate induced labor the greatest joy entered our lives. Caiden Zane Lochte born 6-8-17. 7lbs and 14oz of pure bliss. I Immediately placed him on my chest, he looked me in the eyes and just gazed. I burst into tears and I will cherish that unforgettable moment for the rest of my life. That moment, I felt so many sweet unexplainable feelings and an infinite amount of love. He is amazing in every single way and I’m so lucky to be his mommy. Ryan stayed by side the entire and encouraged me along the way 🙏🏼 To see the look on his face when he saw Caiden was adorable and priceless, it was such an emotional moment for the both of us. The 32-year-old Olympic swimmer and his 25-year-old love welcomed the baby at 5:46 a.m. on Thursday, June 8, he announced on Twitter. “Never seen a miracle happen before. Until this morning at 5:46 am when CAIDEN ZANE LOCHTE was born. can’t stop crying from tears of joy,” Ryan tweeted.

Ryan and Kayla began dating last year, and announced their pregnancy in a cute post back in December.

Ryan Lochte is opening up about his controversy at the 2016 Rio Olympics, and is admitting he had suicidal thoughts due to the aftermath.

“After Rio, I was probably the most hated person in the world. There were a couple of points where I was crying, thinking, ‘If I go to bed and never wake up, fine,’” the 32-year-old swimmer told ESPN. Ryan was asked if he meant suicide, and he nodded to the reporter.

“I was about to hang up my life entirely,” Ryan continued.

“You can be at the all-time high and then the next second the all-time low,” he continued. “I love being at the Olympics, but I’m the opposite of what you’d expect. It’s been that way my whole life.”

If you didn’t know, Ryan and some of his swim teammates in Rio lied about being robbed at gunpoint back in August. Ryan has won six gold, three silver, three bronze Olympic medals over the course of his career. He has been banned from swimming for several months due to the story.

The expecting couple took their dogs out to celebrate their French Bulldog Yeezy‘s first birthday.

“Happy 1st Birthday to my little pumpkin! May your day be filled with tons of balls and hiking and grain free cake!! 🐶❤ #yeezy,” Kayla posted a photo of the cute dog on her Instagram. Check it out below!

Ryan also posted a photo with his dog Carter from their hike. “Nice Saturday hike with #Carter #frymancanyon #la #sunny #mansbestfriend #TeamTYR,” he captioned it.
