'Star Wars' Wedding: Two Fans Marry Outside Movie Theater!

Two big Star Wars fans tied the knot in a wedding themed around the franchise on Thursday afternoon (December 17) outside of the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.

The fans – Caroline Ritter and Andrew Porters – have been waiting in line for 12 days to see Star Wars: The Force Awakens at the famed movie theater. They flew in from Australia just for this!

Caroline was walked down the aisle by Darth Vader while “The Imperial March” played. She wore a white dress and a fur that her mother made. The bride added crystal X-wing fighters to the fur too!

“He was sort of being dragged into this life with me,” Caroline told EW about her new husband, who never saw a Star Wars movie until he met her. “I’ve taken him to a couple of conventions, and he’s watched the movies, and then he became a fan of Clone Wars and it sort of spiraled from that.”

Who is John Boyega? Meet Finn from 'The Force Awakens'

John Boyega is going to be a household name by the end of the year due to his role as Finn in the new movie Star Wars: The Force Awakens, so here are some things you should know about him!

The 23-year-old British actor first was noticed by specialty film audiences with his work in the 2011 movie Attack the Block, which earned him several nominations for some UK film awards.

Following his work in The Force Awakens, moviegoers will get to see John in the role of Kalden in the upcoming sci-fi drama The Circle, based on the novel of the same name by Dave Eggers.

John has responded to racist critics who had an issue with a black actor playing the lead male role in the new Star Wars film.

“I’m in the movie, what are you going to do about it? You either enjoy it or you don’t. I’m not saying get used to the future, but what is already happening. People of color and women are increasingly being shown on-screen. For things to be whitewashed just doesn’t make sense,” John told V Magazine.

There’s not much known about John‘s character Finn, but we do know he battles the villain Kylo Ren and uses the lightsaber once owned by Luke and Anakin Skywalker.

Who is Daisy Ridley? Meet Rey from 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens'

Daisy Ridley is the new leading lady in the Star Wars franchise and since The Force Awakens hits theaters tonight (December 17), lets take a moment to get to know her!

The 23-year-old English actress plays the role of Rey and this just so happens to be her first movie role. The character hails from the planet Jakku and she has been described as a scavenger who gets to travel around with the new droid, BB-8.

“I think Rey is a great character for people to see and perhaps relate to her, and see something in her that they feel and connect with the story – that, I just think, is amazing,” Daisy told EW about the character.

“Young girls can look at her and know that they can wear trousers if they want to,” Daisy told Elle. “That they don’t have to show off their bodies.”

British audiences might recognize Daisy from her roles in the television programs Mr. Selfridge, Youngers, or Silent Waitress. She also appeared in the music video for Wiley‘s “Lights On.”

We love that Daisy will be a role model for young kids growing up today! See some of her super stylish appearances on the red carpet and stills of her in the movie in the photo gallery.
