Drew Barrymore Carries 'I Love Jake Gyllenhaal' Sign to Her Premiere After Ranking Him Least Talented!

Drew Barrymore walks the red carpet at the premiere of her Netflix series Santa Clarita Diet‘s second season on Thursday (March 22) at the ArcLight in Hollywood.

The 43-year-old actress carried a sign that read “I <3 Jake Gyllenhaal,” which she brought to the premiere after ranking the actor as her least talented co-star during a game of Spill Your Guts on The Late Late Show.

“When I run into him next time, I’ll be like, ‘Dude, it was like selling you down the river or eating turkey’s balls.’ And by the way, I don’t even care if he hates me,” Drew said after ranking Jake as least talented. She ranked Adam Sandler and Hugh Grant before him.

Joining Drew at the premiere were her co-stars Timothy Olyphant, Liv Hewson, and Skyler Gisondo.

FYI: Drew is wearing a Stella McCartney gown.

Drew Barrymore Has to Lie to Her Kids About 'Santa Clarita Diet'

Drew Barrymore doesn’t let her kids know about everything she does at work!

The 43-year-old actress hit the red carpet while promoting the new season of Santa Clarita Diet on Monday (March 19) at the 92nd Street Y in New York City.

She was also joined by her co-stars Liv Hewson, Timothy Olyphant and Skyler Gisondo.

While chatting about the show earlier that day, Drew revealed she can’t quite let her kids – Olive, 5, and Frankie, 3 – know about the bloody nature of the show.

“I have to lie to my kids all the time. I would shower at work because it was head-to-toe and I didn’t want to come home that way to my children, but I would always miss spots. They’d be like, ‘What is this?’ like three times a week. I was like, ‘I’m painting!’” Drew told Us Weekly.

'Santa Clarita Diet' Premieres Season 2 Trailer - Watch Now!

Santa Clarita Diet is back with a second season, and you can watch a trailer for the upcoming return right here!

The zombie-themed show will return to Netflix globally on March 23.

In Santa Clarita Diet, Joel (Timothy Olyphant) and Sheila (Drew Barrymore) are husband and wife realtors leading vaguely discontented lives in the L.A. suburb of Santa Clarita with their teenaged daughter Abby (Liv Hewson), until Sheila goes through a dramatic change sending their lives down a road of death and destruction…but in a good way.

Season 2 of Santa Clarita Diet finds the Hammonds trying to adapt to Sheila’s now-advanced undead state – even though she’s desperately working to hold on to her suburban lifestyle and not be defined as just another monster. Unfortunately, while the family has become markedly better at murder, the number of missing people in Santa Clarita is starting to pile up and it’s no longer going unnoticed.

Vin Diesel Wasn't Original Choice for Fast & Furious' Dom Toretto - Find Out Who Turned Down Role!

The Fate of the Furious producer Neil H. Moritz just revealed that Vin Diesel wasn’t the original choice to play the role of Dominic Toretto in The Fast and the Furious films!

Neil went on The Bill Simmons Podcast and spoke about how the studio originally tapped Justified‘s Timothy Olyphant for the role.

“I had been working with Paul Walker on another movie, Skulls, and I gave him the script [for The Fast and the Furious],” Neil said. “Rob Cohen, who I had made The Rat Pack with, we gave him the script. The two of them liked the idea. And then we had to look for Dom Toretto. The studio said, ‘If you can get Timothy Olyphant to play that role we will greenlight the movie… The luckiest thing that ever happened to us is Tim Olyphant turned us down. He’s a great actor. In fact, I’m curious to see what that movie would have been.”

Later, Neil met with Vin at a restaurant after seeing some of his work.

“I went and met him at Kate Mantilini [restaurant] and he wasn’t a star yet, but the great thing about Vin is he always believed he was a star,” Neil continued. “And I was going in there to think he’s coming to me to want the role and I’m the one there now having to convince him to do the role! Lucky for both of us that happened. And then we started to make the movie.”

Of course, Vin has famously played the role of Dom since the release of the 2001 movie!
