British siren Rachel Weisz and director hubby Darren Aronofsky (pictured below) take their one-year old son Henry Chance out of a stroll near their London home on Wednesday.
Rachel, 36, then flew back to the States on Thursday to attend a cocktail party in celebration of The Cartier Charity Love Bracelet at NYC’s Cartier Mansion.
FYI: Rachel is using her Maclaren stroller.
