90210 starlet Shenae Grimes looks all hot and sweaty after taking a Bikram Yoga class in Los Angeles on Saturday (February 8).
The 19-year-old Canuck cutie was seen taking outside the yoga studio and talking with one of her fellow classmates. Bikram, aka Hot Yoga, is practiced in a room heated to 105°F with a humidity of 40%.
Shenae even carried around her own yoga mat!

Um, I’ve walked out of a Bikram Yoga class in 30 degree weather in shorts then drove home with my window down. You spend an hour and a half in 105 degree room doing difficult yoga positions. It’s hot and you’ve got a stream of sweat coming off you. But it’s awesome!
