OlderFreida Pinto & Dev Patel Are Dating, Says Mom
Slumdog Millionaire stars stars Freida Pinto and Dev Patel have just been confirmed as a couple, spills Dev‘s mom Anita Patel.
She tells UK’s Daily Mirror, “First it was the film and now everything else seems to have slotted into place. Life can’t get any better for him. Freida is really beautiful and I am really happy for them. Yes, we knew he was flying to Israel to see her.”
How sweet! Mrs. Patel adds, “He’s just an ordinary boy. We’re very proud of him.”
Last week, Dev, 19, and Freida, 24, seemed quite coupley during an intimate lunch in Israel.

This guy is what, 19? And just turned 19 in the last few weeks. I would have a fit if my 19 year old son was seriously dating ANYONE, much less someone older in the film industry.

He is indeed LUCKY to be dating her! He is only 19, and still gawky (dorky) looking. She is a hottie. She looks like one of the foreign exchange students in one of my classes that I’ve always wanted to *****! Maybe I’ll just live vicariously through Dev instead LOL.
