Both Farrah and Bea Arthur should have been saluted for their wonderful careers. Shame on you, Davis. Betty White should come down there and work you over.

the logic they used in including michael jackson in the memorium should apply to farrah as well. MJ was known for his music not for movies, but they left off farrah bc she’s known as a tv star, not for movies. Yet MJ was included bc he was in “This is It.” Farrah, while not known as a movie star, was also in movies as well. I think they just included MJ just bc he was more famous.

  • Disgusting……

There is no reason why Farrah should have been excluded.
End of story. She was more famous than most of them.
Farrah never :worked it” or kissed anybody’s tukis.
That’s why she left Hollywood in the first place.
    RIP Farrah.

Farrah Fawcett was beautiful and a very good “movie” actress, by all means she “had” to be at “In Memoriam”, they say she was a TV actor, David Carradine was also known best as a TV actor.
Michael Jackson was a wonderful musician, was also a wacko, a sick man, and was not an actor whatever film he did, he could only play himself, did not belong there.
Like Farrah, Frank Sinatra was excluded when he passed away, he was a great singer but he was a good actor too. It’s a shame how shame the Academy is.
