Zach Braff: 'Scrubs' is No More

Zach Braff has commented on the fate of Scrubs on his official Facebook page – and it’s not good news.

“Many of you have asked, so here it is: it appears that New Scrubs, Scrubs 2.0, Scrubs with new kids, Scrubbier, Scrubs without JD is no more. It was worth a try, but alas… it didn’t work,” Zach wrote yesterday afternoon.

Show creator Bill Lawrence told E! Online that while Scrubs “hasn’t been canceled, we’re all just assuming it’s over.”

I don’t really know him. I think I saw his show once, but I didn’t find it, or him, particularly funny..
I only know that he once dated the lovely Shiri Appleby (Roswell, Life Unexpected), so he can’t be all bad, lol!

I loved scrubs, it was one of my favorite shows ever, but that show was no more after the brilliant season 8 finale. This new generation of scrubs was really really bad and I’m glad they finally decided to end, it was just one season to late.

I can watch the re-runs on Comedy Central all day, but when it went to that new network it just lost it’s punch. The core cast and chemistry was lost with all the new characters.

The show was getting old and the re-boot helped a bit but as much as I love Dr. Cox – there’s only so much of his complaining one can listen too. Also, it’s odd to see him and Turk without Carla and Jordan.
It was time for Scrubs to check out and they should have left it that way. I’m even tired of the reruns on Comedy Central.

I don’t know either of them and have never watched Scrubs! Seeing the above pictures I’ve decided I never will. Too many freaky looking people as it is….and they are def two freaky looking males.

They should have called it something else, Med School or something. Calling it Scrubs, people expect JD. It’s too bad though I was just getting into the new version.

Just why the hell do the producers never end when they are on top???

———–Money………….of course——————but, come on now. They had enough of that from the seasons before.
But yeah, Zack Braff and Turk are both annoying as hell. And Scrubs is just getting worse and worse to watch.

Am I the only person who thinks the new Scrubs is great? I love the old scrubs! Except after the 7th season I thought they shouldve ended.. That 8th one was a little… hmm.. Just not as good as the first few
But the new season is so fresh and different! I love that it’s from the students point of view! It’s the first popular medical show to do that! Atleast I think it is.
I just wish they’d let it finish the season and then decide it’s future.
    Im going to miss Cole…
