OlderKristin Kreuk: 'Beauty & the Beast' Finds Its Male Lead

The 29-year-old actress will be playing the female lead, Catherine, in CW’s reboot of the ’80s series, which aired on CBS.
Terra Nova actor Jay Ryan has been cast as Vincent Koslow, “the victim of a military experiment gone horribly wrong [who] now looks like a monster,” according to Zap2It.
Kristin‘s character saw her mother get murdered nine years ago “but remembers that the murderer was killed by a beast quickly after.”

I see Beauty and the Beast will be the new Snow White next year. There’s a movie adaptation with Guillermo del toro and now this TV show. And I think there was a Belle on that Once Upon A Time show.
