'Full House' Cast Reunites for 25th Anniversary - Pics!

The cast of Full House – sans Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen – reunite to celebrate the show’s 25th anniversary on Saturday (September 22) in these new pics shared on Twitter.

John Stamos (Uncle Jesse), Bob Saget (Danny), Dave Coulier (Uncle Joey), Candace Cameron Bure (D.J.), Jodie Sweetin (Stephanie), Lori Loughlin (Aunt Becky), Andrea Barber (Kimmy Gibbler), and Scott Weinger (Steve) met up nearly 17 years after the show went off the air.

“25 years ago today, Full House premiered. We’ve having a get-together this afternoon! Will tweet pics. #FullHouse25Years,” Candace tweeted.

DID YOU WATCH Full House when it aired from 1987 to 1995?

John Stamos is like wines. Better with age.

  • Reba

The Olsen twins are such debbie downers.

  • Marianne

Except the Olsen twins aren’t there.

  • Allison

Not much of a surprise to not see the Olsen twins there, but what happened to the actors who played Nicky and Alex? I’d be nice to see what they’ve been up to.

  • miss infamous

Of course they’re not there. If it wasnt for Full House they wouldn’t be where they are today

  • miss infamous

oh and Aunt Becky and Uncle Jesse havent aged at all! Still hot!

  • Mary-Kate

    No seeds!

  • aine

one of the best shows ever!!!

  • Auq

It’s not Full House unless Mary Kate and Ashley are there. Michelle was the main reason why majority of the fans watched the show. busy can they be to reunite with the rest of the cast for just one day? Show some respect for the show that made you become the billionaires that you are today.

  • Sonia

its even great since now Nick has started airing its re-run at night :)
n Uncle Jesse was my fav. I loved his relationship with Michelle , kinda stings their not there

  • Ellie

Why don’t Marykate and Ashley ever associate themselves with this show anymore? It’s what got them to where they are in the first place…

  • Sonia

You knw whats funny, its also’s F.R.I.E.N.D.S anniversary
its been 18 yrs for them
my two fav shows have the same anniversary <3

  • Sarah

grrrrrrrrr MK&A totally ruined this reunion by not being there! :[

  • notyourfriend

Some ppl are not into the fake reunions to try and make a movie or more money. they have enough money, the ones there are the ones in need of extra cash…nowadays bands and non relevant artists are all making a come back, it’s like go away already so there’S place for new comers like me

  • lol fail

@notyourfriend: No one said anything about a movie or “making money”. Getting together after 25yrs for some pics isn’t being “fake” if it meant something more to the people that worked together. I guess MK&A are too good for it.

  • Shoegal421

Damn John Stamos, you are a hot fox!

  • XxXxX

They think they’re too good to be there. UGH I hate it when actors don’t show up in reunions.

  • 4ever

    They’re just precious!

  • A

Did anyone see mary-kate and ashley on the Ellen show? Well,Ellen asked about Full House and what they remembered the most from being on the show as babies/toddlers.
Ashley (I think) answered that she remembered showering with “Danny” and Ellen immediately interrupted her and said “No, no let’s not talk about that” or something like that (it’s on youtube) and I always thought that was weird because Ellen looked scared and changed the subject immediately….

  • Shelly

Where the twins? I grew up with the twins lol

  • @A

Really interesting given all the supposed pedophilia in Hollywood (which I don’t doubt)…I”m going to look this up.

  • Sarah

@A: Yes I’m sure there has been a molestation cover up going on for this many years. Whatever. Please provide the link to the show where this was said bc I looked it up and couldn’t find anything like that. That is a pretty serious accusation to be throwing around just for the hell of it.

  • ihn

I loved Full House! Those 2 trolls wouldn’t have been nowhere if it weren’t for this show. How disrespectful.

  • maevy

Yeah and considering the fact that this show made them famous even when they don’t deserve to .even though they’re both not cute at all. And this show gives them the fans that buys their crap and made them both billionaires

  • @Sarah

Relax, I didn’t say they were molested. I said “supposed pedophilia;” have you never heard those rumours? So where’s my accusation? You’re completely twisting my entirely GENERALIZED comment.

  • ley

    @maevy: yeah totally agree

I remember that very first season when Full House was ranked 57th or 61st place with some or most of their 1987 and 1988 episodes. It took the next two seasons for them to rebound and later make the top 10 or top 20. And they had strong ratings for their show in 1990-1993, slipped in 1994 but then finishing strong in 1995, their final year. Yes, there were the awwws on most episodes, but you saw the characters and stories develop within that sitcom as the later seasons went on. They look so young 25 years later! They haven’t aged like other sitcom casts. Maybe because most of the adult actors might have been in their early to mid 20s when the show started in ’87. The Olsen twins look fabulous, even if they’ve moved into the fashion industry. And I watched John Stamos on NBC’s You Again for its 2 seasons before I saw him on Full House and later ER. He was the best actor on that show. I didn’t like Bob Saget on the show–he was bland, but he was far better when he did the home videos show on ABC.

  • PN

@Ellie: I think that some stars/ celebrities that came from the ’80s were known to be very private and never liked to look back at past sitcoms or movies they starred in. It’s not like today with the Twitter era and people commenting about every little thing they did 2 seconds or 20 seconds ago. I think the Olsen twins probably declined doing the reunion with the other cast members since they’re more focused on their current careers and ventures. Plus they were little when they did the show and probably don’t like to talk about it as much in recent interviews. You can’t always get everybody to reunite for these special events–you’ll have at least one or two people to turn it down.

  • A

1:27 she says she remembers being “in a shower…with dave” and laughs it off when Ellen interrupts.
Maybe it was some type of joke? Who knows but when i first saw it i got a weird feeling, mainly because of how ellen acted.

  • Jackie

You do know that the entire cast are still really close…including Mary Kate and Ashley. Probably one the closest of cast who still hang out and keep in touch even though the show’s been over for years. Maybe they were really busy. Do people forget they have a really successful clothing line and accessories? They could possibly be busy with that. Although I am curious to what happened to the twins Nicky and Alex. Also, I’m really here for Kimmy Gibbler. That’s someone I haven’t heard about in awhile.

the bobble head twins think there too good to hang with theses people

  • Time flies when ur having FUN!

Dude, that was my show growing up!!!!!!!! I never missed an episode and had all their books (yep, total geek and proud). They don’t make shows like that anymore. The ones with moral messages at the end teaching you to love and respect. The 90s are untouchable. Better world, better cartoons, better TV, better music, better movies and more fun. Kids actually use to play outside enjoyed the simpler things in life like Pogs and playing a game of Connect Four on a rainy day. It wasn’t about having expensive gadgets like iPads or Macbooks, it was about a game of Gold Fish and Tag. Man, those WERE the days. With all the hate that’s going on right now, it’s unlikely we’ll get them back. Sounds cliched, but why can’t everybody just get along? Stop the hate. On ALL sides. Not just one. Peace. XOXO

  • Jasmine

@Allison: Now I’m totally curious about the actors behind Nicky and Alex as well!

And apparently the little baboon Olsen twins are too good to go to any Full House reunion. I guess they’re too busy skinning animals for their overpriced sh** clothing lines to bother with the program that gave them every single opportunity they’ve ever had in life.

  • Jasmine

@Time flies when ur having FUN!: Thanks for making me feel nostalgic for the 90s! I agree, for all of us who grew up then…we were so lucky!

  • eliose

my 5 year old self screamed and got a little emotional. I know it might seem dramatic but i grew up in an abusive home and watching full house was the only thing that kept me sane.

  • sam*

    thats my childhood right there!!!!!!
but can u imagine how many complaints this show would get today? i can just hear the blogger “moms” going off. is there even a show for kids today that resembles this or are they just secretly watching glee?

  • whaa

the most mature comments this site has ever seen resides on this thread. once again proving we are the best generation. now im off to introduce my niece to my favourite show.. i’ll be offended if she likes it more then ‘thats so raven’

  • mya

@A: thanks for posting. and it looked more like ellen got uncomfortable not them, like they were just recalling things they remember -x- dunno might just be the way i perceived it?!

  • @Ina_Angel

ze olsen trolls are very buzeeyyy

  • stacy

    God, I’m old.

I literally grew up with this show. I think I’m the same age as Candace Cameron (roughly).

But yeah, where are the little twins, and the lady who was Danny’s fiancee at the end (Vicky, maybe?)

  • LeeSeol

well jeez they all look really great.
we all need the water this group has been drinking………………

  • Nic

To be fair, they probably have the most active career (due to their businesses) out of all the cast members and probably just couldn’t make it. They’re known to be work-aholics. Or maybe two 25 year olds just weren’t up to spending an awkward weekend with 30+ ex-costars that they havent’ worked with in 17 years.

Ummm….no. LOL. I saw that interview and Ellen was being funny; the shower remark was because of a scene that was filmed of Danny bathing Michelle. He was her FATHER on the show so it’s not unusual and please don’t forget that at any given time there are at least 40 people on a tv set during filming, so I doubt Mr. Tanner was copping feels with 5 cameras and 40 people in his face.

  • biker mike

how rare is it a cast can come together after 25 years and no one has died or in jail or rehab

  • Helen

    Nice old days 

  • wtfff

Oh gosh! Hottie Steve, doesnt look good anymore!

  • Dani

They look good. I especially adored Steve. Good to see him again.

  • lafamepoma

i love this show my favourite charecter was Stephanie

  • eliliveiii

i love to see them bonding like this

just really disapointed not to see the olsen twins there. ‘
they are really thankless taking in considertion that the entire cast came to sopppurt their movie debut in 2004 “new york minute”.

whatever still happy to see all of them:)
